Commissioner Kesselly Inspires Students To Become Motivational Managers

On April 20th, Liberia Maritime Commissioner, Binyah Kesselly visited the Stella Maris University Campus where he interacted with the freshman management class. Along with several staff from the Authority from the CSR, and the Legal departments, he delivered an inspirational speech on how motivation and employee incentives affect staff performance. He said that a key component of great leadership is creating a motivating work environment. The Commissioner then initiated the discussion on what it takes for young Liberians to succeed in their chosen careers and the determination necessary to realize their goals in a growing Liberian job market. He urged student to be bold in their career choices and undeterred as many would be pioneers in their chosen fields.
